1. Services
WebzLogic provides website design and development services for businesses, including business websites, eCommerce websites, landing pages, custom web applications, and website redesign projects.
All services are provided based on the specific project requirements discussed and agreed upon with the client.
2. Project Process
Once a project begins, clients may be asked to complete an onboarding form to provide important information about their business, website goals, required features, and project requirements.
Development begins based on the information provided during the onboarding process. After the initial version of the website is completed, the client will have the opportunity to review the work and request revisions before the website is finalized or launched.
3. Payments
Projects typically require a 50% upfront payment before development begins.
The remaining balance must be paid once the website is completed and ready for delivery or launch.
Work will begin only after the initial payment has been received.
4. Revisions
Clients may request revisions during the review phase after the initial version of the website has been completed.
The number of revision rounds may vary depending on the scope and complexity of the project.
Revisions should relate to the agreed project requirements. Major changes or additional features that fall outside the original scope may require additional discussion, time, and fees.
5. Third-Party Tools and Services
Our pricing covers the design and development of the website.
Costs related to third-party services such as premium plugins, paid themes, domain registration, hosting services, APIs, external software, or other subscription-based tools are not included unless explicitly stated.
Clients are responsible for purchasing or maintaining these services when they are required for the project.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing the necessary content, images, branding materials, account access, business information, and feedback required for the project.
Timely communication and feedback help ensure that the project progresses smoothly and stays on schedule.
7. Project Delays and Inactive Projects
If client feedback, content, approvals, or communication is delayed, the project may be temporarily paused.
If there is no response from the client for an extended period, for example, around 60 days, the project may be considered inactive and may be closed to maintain our project workflow.
Clients may contact WebzLogic later to discuss restarting an inactive project, subject to availability and any applicable changes to the original project scope.
8. Website Launch
Once the client approves the final version of the website and the remaining payment has been completed, the website will be prepared for launch or delivered to the client.
After launch, additional changes, features, maintenance, or updates may be treated as separate requests depending on their scope.
9. Limitation of Liability
WebzLogic will make reasonable efforts to deliver high-quality website and digital solutions.
However, WebzLogic is not responsible for issues caused by third-party services, hosting providers, external plugins, APIs, software updates, security vulnerabilities introduced by third parties, or modifications made by the client or another service provider after project completion.
