What happens if there is a delay in communication during the project?
Timely communication helps keep the project progressing efficiently. If feedback or responses are delayed, the project timeline may be temporarily paused until communication resumes.
If there is no response for an extended period, typically around 60 days, the project may be considered inactive. In such cases, we may close the project to keep our workflow organized. However, we’ll always make reasonable efforts to reconnect with you before taking this step.
